Account Migration Guide

We have migrated our login system to a new platform. Please follow this guide to switch your account.

New System Login URL

Please visit the following URL to log in:

For Employees

Recommended: Microsoft Enterprise Login

  1. Open the new system login page
  2. Click the Sign in with Microsoft button at the bottom of the page
  3. Log in with your enterprise Microsoft account

The system will automatically create your account on first login — no extra steps needed.

Alternative: Verification Code Login

  1. Open the new system login page
  2. Click the Verification Code tab
  3. Enter your work email (the same email you used in the previous system)
  4. Click Send to receive a verification code
  5. Check your email and enter the 6-digit code
  6. Click login

Alternative: Password Login

If you previously used password login, you can also log in with your original email and password. The system will automatically migrate your account — no extra steps needed.

After Your First Login

We recommend setting or changing your password after your first login:

  1. Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner
  2. Select Change Password
  3. Set a new password

For Customers

Recommended: Verification Code Login

  1. Open the new system login page
  2. Click the Verification Code tab
  3. Enter your email (the same email you used in the previous system)
  4. Click Send to receive a verification code
  5. Check your email and enter the 6-digit code
  6. Click login

Alternative: Password Login

If you previously used password login, you can also log in with your original email and password. The system will automatically migrate your account — no extra steps needed.

After Your First Login

We recommend changing your password after your first login:

  1. Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner
  2. Select Change Password
  3. Set a new password

Forgot Password

If you forget your password, you can reset it yourself:

  1. Click Forgot password? on the login page
  2. Enter your registered email
  3. Check your email and click the reset link to set a new password

FAQ

Can I still use my previous account?

The previous login system has been retired. Please use the new system to log in. Your work email remains the same.

What if I don't receive the verification code?

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Verify that you entered the correct email address
  • Wait 60 seconds and resend
  • If you still can't receive it, contact your administrator

What if password login shows an error?

We recommend switching to verification code login. If you need password login, use Forgot password? to reset your password.

Do customers need to register their own accounts?

No. Customer accounts are created and assigned by administrators. Simply log in with the email provided to you.
