Customer Quick Start
This guide provides quick navigation to detailed guides for all customer features.
Account & Login
Customer accounts are created by system administrators. For your first login, please refer to the Account Migration Guide for detailed login methods and steps.
Feature Overview
After logging in, you have access to the following features:
- Dashboard — View project activity related to your company
- Projects — View project tasks and upload required files
- Files — Browse and manage your company's files
Core Feature Guides
Uploading Files by Task
Use when: The team has assigned tasks that require you to submit documents
Quick summary:
- Go to the Projects page and click a project name to view its task list
- Click a task to open details, upload files in the Files tab
- Click Submit after uploading to submit the task

File Management
Use when: You need to browse, upload, or download company files
Quick summary:
- Go to the Files page — the system auto-redirects to your company's directory
- Upload materials in the Gathering folder, download deliverables from the Deliverable folder
- Supports upload, download, folder creation, search, and preview

Dashboard
The Dashboard displays project activity logs related to your company, including file changes, task updates, and other operations, helping you stay informed about project progress.
Changing Your Password
After logging in, click your avatar in the bottom-left corner and select Change Password from the menu.
- If you already have a password: enter your current password, then set a new one
- If setting a password for the first time via Microsoft login: you can set a new password directly
Password Requirements
- At least 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- Cannot be the same as your current password
FAQ
I can't see any files after logging in
If you see "Your account is not associated with any company", your account has not been linked to a company yet. Please contact your administrator.
If you see "Your company is not connected to the file system", your company's file system has not been set up yet. Please contact your administrator.
Can I view project progress?
Yes. Go to the Projects page to view projects and task statuses, or check the activity log on the Dashboard.
