Task Template Management
This guide covers how to create, manage, and maintain task templates in the Task Library.
Creating Task Templates
Go to the Task Library page and click the Create Template button in the top-right corner.
Form Fields

At least one name (Chinese or English) is required.
Continue Creating
To create multiple templates in a row, check Continue creating in the top-right corner of the page. When enabled, the form will automatically reset after each successful submission while keeping the Country field, so you can quickly create templates for the same country.
Searching and Filtering
The Task Library list page provides the following filters:
- Search box — Search by Chinese or English name
- Country filter — Filter templates by country
- Status filter — Filter by status (Active / Deprecated)
Editing a Template
Click a template row to open its detail page, then click Edit Template to switch to edit mode. Click Save Changes after making modifications.
Deprecation and Restoration
- Click Deprecate Template to mark a template as deprecated (existing projects using this template are not affected)
- After deprecation, click Restore to reactivate the template
- Only deprecated templates can be permanently deleted
