Migrating the Network Drive Workflow
If you only used the previous system for file storage (without Checklists or project management), this guide explains how to continue working in the new system.
Data Migration
The file directory structure is identical to the previous system — data has been automatically synced. No manual migration is needed.
How to Use
- After logging in, click Files in the left sidebar
- Select the corresponding company from the list to enter its file directory
- Use the breadcrumb navigation or click folder names to browse
Supported Operations

| Browse | Click a folder to enter it, click .. to go back |
| Upload | Click the Upload button in the toolbar, drag files in or click to select |
| Download | Click the download button on a file row; for bulk download, select files and click Download at the top |
| Create Folder | Click New Folder in the toolbar and enter a name |
| Rename | Click the edit button on a folder row (folders only) |
| Delete | Click the delete button on a row and confirm |
| Search | Use the search box in the toolbar to find files and folders by name |
| Preview | Click a file name to preview PDF, Office documents, images, etc. |
Maximum file size is 100 MB per file.
Differences from the Previous System
- Updated interface: The new system has a refreshed UI, but file operations remain the same

FAQ
Is the file directory the same as the old system?
Yes. The directory structure is identical, and all files and folders have been automatically synced.
Will my files from the old system be lost?
No. All file data is preserved — both systems share the same storage backend.
Can I use both the old and new systems at the same time?
The old system will be gradually retired. Please switch to the new system as soon as possible.
