Account Login
This document explains how to log in to the Pure Global File Management System.
Login Methods
The system supports the following login methods:

| Password Login | Users with a password set | Log in with email and password |
| Verification Code | Registered, active accounts | Receive a one-time code by email |
| Sign in with Microsoft | Enterprise employees | Single sign-on with Microsoft account |
Password Login
Use Your Current Account
Log in with the email and password already stored in this system. If your account has no password, use Verification Code, Forgot password?, or Microsoft enterprise login. If your email is not registered, contact your administrator to create an account.
Common Errors

| Your account is pending activation | Account not yet activated, please contact administrator |

Microsoft Enterprise Account Login
Enterprise employees can log in directly using their Microsoft enterprise account.
First-time Login
If this is your first time logging in with Microsoft, the system will automatically create an account for you. After creation, you can also set a password to enable password login.
FAQ
What if I forget my password?
You can reset your password yourself:
- Click Forgot password? on the login page
- Enter your registered email
- Check your email and click the reset link to set a new password
If you have a Microsoft enterprise account, you can also log in directly with Microsoft.
What if my account is deactivated?
If you see "Your account has been deactivated", please contact your system administrator for details and to request reactivation.
Can I use multiple login methods?
Yes. You can choose any login method based on your preference. After logging in with Microsoft, you can also set a password to enable password login.
