This document explains how to log in to the Pure Global File Management System.
Login Methods
The system supports the following login methods:

| Sign in with Microsoft | Enterprise employees | Single sign-on with Microsoft account |
Password Login
Automatic Account Migration
If you previously used the old system to log in, your account will be automatically migrated when you first log in with your password:
- Log in with your previous email and password
- The system will automatically verify your credentials
- Once verified, your account will be automatically migrated to the new system
- You can then continue to use the same email and password to log in
Note: The migration process is transparent to users and requires no additional action.
Common Errors

| Invalid email or password | Please verify your email and password |
| Your account has been deactivated | Contact your administrator to restore your account |
| Your account is pending activation | Account not yet activated, please contact administrator |
| Password login not available for this account | This account only supports Microsoft login |
Microsoft Enterprise Account Login
Enterprise employees can log in directly using their Microsoft enterprise account.
First-time Login
If this is your first time logging in with Microsoft, the system will automatically create an account for you. After creation, you can also set a password to enable password login.
FAQ
What if I forget my password?
You can reset your password yourself:
- Click Forgot password? on the login page
- Enter your registered email
- Check your email and click the reset link to set a new password
If you have a Microsoft enterprise account, you can also log in directly with Microsoft.
What if my account is deactivated?
If you see "Your account has been deactivated", please contact your system administrator for details and to request reactivation.
Can I use multiple login methods?
Yes. You can choose any login method based on your preference. After logging in with Microsoft, you can also set a password to enable password login.
